Onward! Studios meets with the you to discuss your needs. From that discussion, we provide you with a proposal. Once the project is underway, we meet on a regular basis. The steps we take together may include:
- Initial consultation
- Proposal - project defined
- Design Options presented to client
- Ongoing meetings as the design/project is further defined
- Final project presented to client
What do you charge for your services?
We charge on a project by project basis. We want the client to know upfront what the costs will be and what is included in those costs. If the client needs only a few minor updates to a website, we charge by the hour. Hourly rates are $40-$60/hr depending on the type of update.

Will you maintin my site?
For any site we develop, we readily provide options for keeping the site up-to-date - if you want us to do that. We offer a couple of different Maintenence Plans. Or, if your site only needs updating once in awhile - we provide hourly support on an as-needed basis.

Can I maintain my own site after it is launched?
Possibly! If you want to be able to do this, let us know up front and we will design the site for ease-of-update. Or, if you know html and css and dreamweaver and like that kind of stuff(!), we'll design the site using industry-standard software, then turn it over to you after it is launched.

Do I have to know all that stuff (from last question) to update my site?
No. That is why we want to know before we design the site if you want to update the site. If so, we design the site within the constraints of 'content management systems'. That is simply a system that gives you access to your site behind the scenes and provides relative user-friendly options to update your site.
Do you do e-commerce sites?
Yes we do!
We have a variety of options available depending on your needs, number of products, preferred methods of payment, etc. We'll gladly discuss these options with you.

I want to start a blog. Can you help me?
Yes we can! We have worked extensively with Wordpress and can provide training on how to set up a blog. (We have also worked with blogger, if that is your preferred method.) Or, if you want your own custom-designed blog, we can help with that, too.
